Livethenight.com cannot control or guarantee the information provided by the users that is available in the Portal. You can consider other users information offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceitful. Act with prudence and common sense for your benefit and security whenever using the portal Livethenight.com. Livethenight.com has the right to contact you through the email address provided by you to send you the nightlife newsletter, changes in the General Terms and Conditions, events publishing… Your data will not be given or sold to any other person or Company (except in the event of an acquisition of Vivirlanoche.com by other company). If you want to be eliminated from the database, please wirte to info@livethenight.com.

Your information.

will not be false, inaccurate or deceitful;

You will comply with all the laws and any other kind of regulations of the same rank, that are applicable in relation with the usage of services provided by Livethenight.com, advertising, and publishing of events and venues.

Nature of the juridical relation with Livethenight.com.
You and Livethenight.com contract as independent parties, not existing any intention of creating a joint- venture, an employee-employer relation, franchise contract, or an agency contract.

These General Term and Conditions will be regulated by the Spanish Law. Livethenight.com do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its services, the operations of the portal Livethenight.com might be interfered by numerous alien factors that are not controlled by Livethenight.com. If any disposition of the General Terms and Conditions is considered invalid, that disposition will be eliminated, whereas the other dispositions will remain into effect. You accept these General Terms and Conditions and all the documents incorporated to them. Livethenight.com might transfer the databases and information provided by you to third party just in the vent of fusion or acquisition of the Company. The titles of the captions should be understood as a reference and in no case define, describe or limit the area or extension of the caption. The fact that Livethenight.com do not pursue your failure to comply with the General Terms and Conditions does not mean that Livethenight.com resigns to its rights to pursue similar or subsequent failures.
